Booking and payment
The price and payment arrangement are agreed with the parent or guardian by email before the first paid lesson. A regular time is not confirmed until both sides have agreed the arrangement.

These terms sit alongside the price page and are confirmed with the parent or guardian before any paid lessons begin.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to move or cancel a booking. With less notice, the lesson will normally be treated as used, unless there is a genuine emergency. If Malcolm needs to cancel, an alternative time or a refund will be offered.
Small group places
A group contains groups of two or three students. Students are matched by course, year group and working level where possible. A place may not be immediately available if a sensible match cannot be made.
Initial Parent Enquiry Call
A parent or guardian can book an initial online enquiry call before regular bookings. It is a chance to discuss the student’s needs and check the fit, not a requirement to continue.
